Vintage Custom Filipino Pina Barong Tagalog brocade woven fabric wedding dress with pearls, embroidered flowers and sequins. Worn once in 1998. Professionally cleaned in Denver by a Korean owned Wedding dress preservation lab in February. Piña Fabric: Piña fabric is made from the fibers extracted from pineapple leaves. It is considered one of the most luxurious and exquisite fabrics for Barong Tagalog. Pina Jusi is renowned for its exceptional quality, lightweight feel, and a natural sheen that lends an air of sophistication. Each garment celebrates the remarkable craftsmanship of Filipino artisans who have perfected the art of working with this unique material. This dress was designed and created by a famous Filipino designer. The fabric is exquisite and truly one of a kind. The detachable train brings it to another level.
