Fees and Transactions Guide

All Sold Items :

  1. Purchase and Shipping Fees:

    • Once an item is sold, the buyer is issued an automated invoice showing the cost of the item and the shipping fees paid.
    • The buyer pays for the shipping cost, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on the item price, destination and speed and includes the proper shipping insurance.

  2. Seller Notification and Fees:

    • The seller is notified via email and SMS of the sale.
    • A processing fee of 6.5% will be charged to the seller's credit card on file to cover the credit card and banks processing and transactional fees.

  3. Shipping to Kleinfeld Again:

    • The seller is provided with a shipping label at cost to the seller to ship the gown to Kleinfeld Again.
    • The seller is required to ship the item to Kleinfeld Again for inspection within 6 days.
    • If the seller fails to ship within 6 days, the buyer will be refunded 100% of their purchase, including shipping fees, and the seller will forfeit the processing fees charged on their card.
    • The seller will be provided with a shipping label, at cost to the seller,  to ship their items to Kleinfeld Again for inspection.
    • All items sold are to be shipped directly to Kleinfeld Again, not directly to the customer. Please note that the seller will be unable to cancel or change their listing plan until the item arrives at Kleinfeld Again and is inspected. Once the dress passes inspection, the subscription will be terminated automatically.

  4. Inspection and Verification:

    • Upon receipt, Kleinfeld Again will authenticate and inspect each gown to ensure it matches the seller’s description and photographs.
    • Both sellers and buyers will be provided with tracking updates for the shipments from the seller to Kleinfeld Again.

  5. Post-Inspection Procedures:

    • If the item passes inspection: It will be shipped within 24 hours (except on Saturdays or Sundays) to the buyer. Payment will be processed to the seller within 3 days through PayPal or check (payment via checks is only available to sellers in the USA). The seller will be paid 100% of their listing amount since the transaction fees have been charged to their credit card on file. Kleinfeld Again does not charge any commission on the sale of any item. 
    • If the item fails inspection: The order will be fully refunded to the buyer, including shipping fees. The seller will forfeit their 6.5% which covers credit card and banks processing and transactional fees. The dress will be shipped back to the seller.
