Refund policy
Welcome to Kleinfeld Again. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers while ensuring the authenticity and condition of each gown sold through our marketplace. Please review our Return Policy carefully as it forms a binding contract between Kleinfeld Again and you, the customer.
Shipping and Authentication All sellers are required to ship sold gowns directly to Kleinfeld Again, not directly to the customer. Upon receipt, Kleinfeld Again will authenticate and inspect each gown to ensure it matches the seller’s description and photographs.
Outcome of the Verification If a dress does not meet the parameters of our quality and authenticity checks or does not match the listing description, the process is halted. The gown is returned to the seller and the buyer is issued a full refund, and the seller will be charged 5% of the item value (or 6.5% if either the seller or the buyer or both are outside the USA).
Delivery to Customer Once a gown passes our inspection, it will be shipped from our facility directly to the customer. Our commitment is to maintain the integrity of the sale and ensure customer satisfaction with the delivered product.
Return Eligibility Returns are only permissible if the individual seller’s policy allows for returns. If a seller’s return policy is restrictive or does not permit returns, all sales by that seller are final.
Return Process If the seller allows returns, customers may initiate a return within 72 hours of gown delivery. Returns must be processed through our dedicated returns portal at https://returns.kleinfeldagain.com. Customers must comply with all instructions and timelines to qualify for a potential refund.
Inspection and Acceptance of Returned Gowns Returned gowns will be inspected by Kleinfeld Again to verify that they are in the same condition as when originally shipped. Kleinfeld Again reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these standards.
Refunds If a return is accepted after inspection, the customer will be issued a refund, less a $80 return handling fee per item. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, as stipulated by our internal policies.
Return Fees A fixed return fee of $80 will be charged for each returned item to cover inspection and handling costs.
Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their purchase decisions on final sale items. Any final sale items refused upon delivery by UPS will remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. International returns may incur additional charges or be subject to different procedures as governed by applicable international laws.
Additional Charges for International Orders International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination country’s regulations and the logistical costs incurred.
General Provisions This Return Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our operational or legal practices. Such revisions will take effect immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our marketplace following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under this Return Policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
