The simplicity of this off-the-shoulder gown from Essense of Australia is what makes it so glamorous and gorgeous, perfect for the classic bride. A plunging sweetheart neckline, reminiscent of an old-Hollywood style, extends effortlessly into off-the- shoulder sleeves creating a look that highlights your face beautifully. From the bodice, this structured Mikado gown extends through the hips, before flaring out into a full skirt just below the hips. Visible curved seaming highlights the gown, creating an enviable hourglass shape. A slight V adorns the back of this gown and is accented with buttons that run the length of the skirt and train. The back of this simple wedding dress zips up beneath fabric-covered buttons and is available in plus sizes. • Size: 12; measurements at time of purchase B-36.5 inches bust, waist 29 inches, height 52 inches at bridal shop, with alternations likely just under 36 bust ( street bra size I wore 36 DD), waist 28, leg length for jeans 30). My street size sat between 6-8 for most clothing, height 5 foot 4 inches. Weight at time of wedding about 150lbs. Height of dress allowed for 3 inch heels. Alteration done for an american bustle This dress has lots of structure/boning, no bra required when wearing • Color: Ivory/Porcelain *Single stitch in one strap came out, needs to be repinned. Straps likely need to be adjusted for your desired fit anyway. Dress was promptly dry cleaned a couple days after the wedding. Has been in garment bag since.
