I’ve always loved pearls and wanted my wedding dress to be adorned with them. Along with the pearls, this dress is also dotted with stunning mother-of-pearl beading. This dress originally has an A-line silhouette, but I wore a hoop skirt under the dress to make it a ballgown. Hoop skirt comes with the dress but is not attached to the dress. Due to the drama of the dress and train, I chose a short simple veil which wouldn’t overshadow the dress. Dress has been altered to make it more modest than the original. See details below. This dress was order from designer with the following changes already built-in: - lined skirt - lined bodice - neckline raised 1.5” - backline raised to be same height as neckline After arrival, the dress was further altered to add cups, a bustle, and the luxurious, sheer long-ruched-sleeve bodysuit (Brand: Watters). The bodysuit is FULLY REMOVABLE without impacting integrity of the original dress. The bodysuit was sewed into the lining of the dress and pearls were added to the bodysuit and sleeves to blend in the transition. The extra pearls were purchased from the designed and are an exact match to the original pearls on the dress. I also have large bad of these extra pearls that I can send with the dress.
