Blemishes, Damage, or Stains?: Good condition. One bustle broke, and the bottom seam is slightly dark from dragging on the floor. You can barely see it, and it's literally just the seam at the bottom.

Alterations

Yes. Height with shoes- 6 feet. I am originally 5'9" and I think my heels were 3 or 4 inches. I altered my dress at Kleinfeld with the heels.
